Moffat is a  Qualified Development Practitioner with sound knowledge of Development Studies, able to build and implement sophisticated plans and research projects.  He Completed a BA in History and Development Studies at the Midlands State University in 2012 and has worked with various organisations such as World Vision, USAID, GOAL Zimbabwe on different projects.  Moffat also holds an  Honors degree in Development Studies from the University of Witwatersrand. His research interests are in migration and health focusing on issues of HIV/Aids, access to health care and national health policy delivery. He is also interested in looking at issues of migration and development
